For founder-led B2B SaaS teams still closing every deal themselves.

YOUR
PIPELINE
ISN'T
BROKEN.
YOUR
SIGNAL IS.

You are the one closing the deals, and the one watching the money leave. More ads, more effort, and the numbers barely move. That is not a spending problem. It is a signal problem, and spending only makes it louder.

Every wrong-fit lead taxes your sales team. Every weak demo makes your CAC lie. Every campaign built on a fuzzy ICP buys confusion at scale.

Here's what nobody tells you: the fix almost never lives where you're looking. Nine questions surface the exact layer that's breaking — in four minutes. Free. No account. Instant results.

The Real Problem

YOUR CAC ISN'T
LYING. YOUR
GTM SIGNAL IS.

Founders assume rising CAC is a media problem. A copy problem. A channel problem. It is almost always a signal problem. When your GTM motion is built on assumption instead of evidence, every system downstream amplifies the noise — and every dollar you spend to fix the symptom makes the root cause worse.

The compound cost of one broken signal layer
1
ICP is built from memory, not evidence
Founder intuition replaces buyer signal. The fit criteria are assumed. Wrong-fit leads self-select in because nothing stops them.
CACclimbs
2
Positioning is generic across buyer states
One pitch for everyone. Messaging sounds right but doesn't match the specific state your best buyers are actually in. Conversion suffers silently.
CVRfalls
3
Sales burns capacity on low-intent calls
Wrong-fit leads look qualified until the demo. Every cycle spent here is a cycle not spent on buyers ready to close.
Win ratedrops
4
Conversion is treated as a funnel problem
You A/B test pages, optimize flows, rewrite copy. The root cause is upstream. The funnel didn't break the signal — the signal broke the funnel.
Close ratelies
5
Scaling makes every layer worse
More budget. More outreach. More content. All executing on broken signal. Speed compounds the misalignment — it doesn't fix it.

What founders wake up thinking
"Why is CAC up again when we didn't change anything?"
"We have a full pipeline. Why is nothing converting?"
"We A/B tested the page. We rewrote the emails. Nothing moved."
"Our ICP doc says one thing. Our close rate says something different."
The Reframe
This isn't a funnel problem.
This isn't a copy problem.
This is a signal problem.
Nine questions expose exactly where your GTM signal is breaking. Your maturity scored across every category. Your primary bottleneck named. Your next move specific. In four minutes, you stop guessing which lever to pull — and which ones are actually pulling you down.

THE BOTTLENECK
WAS THERE
THE WHOLE TIME.

Nine questions surface it. The diagnostic names which of your nine graded inputs is the weakest link, and maps that directly to the one move that unblocks the most value downstream.

Before you spend another dollar on ads, outbound, or content

NINE QUESTIONS.
YOUR BOTTLENECK NAMED.

Nine graded inputs (ICP Clarity, Positioning, Offer Logic, Activation, Onboarding, Conversion Flow, Strategic Signal, Pricing, and Dark Funnel) resolve you into one of five buyer states. Then it names your primary bottleneck and tells you what to fix this week. Not a generic report. A specific, named read. The founders who've run it stopped guessing. The ones who haven't are still optimising the wrong layer.

How the Read Is Built

NINE INPUTS.
FIVE BUYER STATES.
ONE BOTTLENECK.

Nine graded inputs feed the read. Each is scored on a four-level maturity arc, and together they resolve you into one of five buyer states. The weakest input becomes your primary bottleneck, the one constraint pulling down every metric downstream.

NINE GRADED INPUTS THE OUTPUT ICP Clarity Positioning Offer Logic · Activation Onboarding · Conversion Strategic Signal · Pricing Dark Funnel THE ENGINE DETERMINISTIC 1 of 5 buyer states 1 primary bottleneck
Nine inputs in. One buyer state out. One break to fix first.
The four-level maturity arc every question uses
Ad Hoc
Mostly unclear or founder-gut. No repeatable system. The bottleneck is structural.
Emerging
Some structure exists but it's inconsistent. Works sometimes — not reliably.
Operational
Clear, repeatable, and working most of the time. Scaling is possible from here.
Evidence-Led
Evidence-based, measured, and continuously improved. This is the operator standard.
The 5 buyer states the diagnostic resolves you into
Overwhelmed Founder — Too much signal, no clear read on what matters
Chaos Scaler — Growing fast, but the system underneath isn't holding
Timing Blind — Right market, wrong read on when to move
Velocity Victim — Moving quickly in a direction that isn't converting
Stuck Optimizer — Refining the wrong thing while the real constraint holds

The ICP Resolution Framework

WHAT SIGNAL
RESOLUTION DOES
AFTER THE SCORE.

The diagnostic identifies your bottleneck. Signal Resolution then fixes it using a four-layer intelligence system — the same system that powers every client engagement. Here's what that system covers.

L1
Firmographic Gate™
Binary pass/fail. Does this company meet your economic viability criteria? Revenue band, headcount trajectory, ACV ceiling, sales motion — it either passes or it doesn't. This gate eliminates 60% of pipeline waste before a human touches it. Most teams skip this and call the result "a hard market."
Gate
L2
Technographic Context
Stack velocity over snapshots. What changed in the last 90 days — not what tools they have. Migrations, AI adoption, consolidation patterns — all read as strategic direction. Tool count alone no longer predicts buying urgency. Velocity does.
Context
L3
Psychographic Signal
Language mining for buyer state. The most overlooked layer and the highest-converting one. Which of the five buyer states does this company occupy right now? This determines whether your messaging matches how they experience their own pain — or misses it entirely.
Signal
L4
Behavioral Timing
Trigger events and urgency windows. Funding rounds, hiring surges, exec changes, stack migrations — these open the narrow window when a company is actually ready to buy. One company at the right moment beats 100 at the wrong one.
Timing
How the diagnostic connects to the framework: The diagnostic scores your GTM operations — how you currently run ICP, positioning, conversion, and signal interpretation. The four-layer system is how Signal Resolution resolves those gaps using live market intelligence. The diagnostic shows you where the rot is. The system removes it.

Buyer States

PERSONAS DESCRIBE
PEOPLE. BUYER STATES
EXPLAIN DECISIONS.

The diagnostic identifies which state your buyers are currently in — then tells you whether your messaging is written for it. If your positioning doesn't match the state, conversion fails regardless of how good the product is.

OVERWHELMED FOUNDER
Buried in signal with no clear read on which of it matters. The problem isn't a lack of data — it's the absence of a filter.
Signal: "We have more data than we've ever had, and less clarity."
CHAOS SCALER
Growth is real, but the system underneath is improvising. Speed is outrunning structure, and the cracks are starting to show.
Signal: "We're growing but nothing underneath feels stable."
TIMING BLIND
The market is right; the read on when to move isn't. Acting early or late on the same opportunity produces opposite results.
Signal: "We had the right idea — just at the wrong time."
🔁
VELOCITY VICTIM
Fast execution in a direction that isn't converting. The motion feels like progress but the pipeline says otherwise.
Signal: "We're moving fast but I'm not sure in what direction."
📊
STUCK OPTIMIZER
Refining the wrong variable while the real constraint holds. Effort is high, leverage is low, and the number won't move.
Signal: "We've tried everything and the numbers aren't moving."

From the founder

I BUILT THIS BECAUSE
I WAS THE ONE GUESSING.

For eighteen months I could not answer three questions about my own market. Who exactly am I selling to. What words do they use for their problem. And how do I know when one of them is ready to buy. I lost time and money to that gap. I copied other people's playbooks. I spent hours on Reddit trying to work out what founders actually wanted. None of it told me what I needed to know.

So I stopped guessing and started building. For close to two years, early mornings and late nights, I taught myself to code and built a system that pulls real signal from real users and turns it into something you can act on. Not a persona. A read.

The turning point was not technical. I had been obsessed with the product. The moment I put the buyer first, why they buy, when they buy, what stops them, the whole thing reorganized itself around them instead of around me. That is when Signal Resolution was born. And when I saw other founders stuck on the exact problem I had just solved, I knew the system was not only mine to use.

The principles inside it are not mine. They are the forgotten fundamentals of how B2B selling actually works, the ones the best operators have always used and most people have scattered and ignored. I put them back together and pointed a large amount of market data at them.

I did not invent the rules. I rebuilt the system that follows them.

About

A POINT OF VIEW,
NOT A DASHBOARD.

Most GTM tooling speeds up execution before strategy is resolved. Signal Resolution exists to fix the upstream problem first — before you scale another wrong motion faster.
The bottleneck is almost always upstream of where founders are looking. They optimize the funnel when the ICP is wrong. They rewrite copy when the buyer state is misread. They add tools when the signal architecture is broken.

Signal Resolution identifies the upstream constraint first — then resolves it using a live, evidence-based intelligence system that updates as market conditions shift.

The framework was built around one question: how do you build pipeline on signal that actually predicts buying behavior — not just activity?
RULE 01
Evidence over opinion. Every claim must be falsifiable.
RULE 02
Resolution over description. Naming a state is not understanding it.
RULE 03
Signal over noise. Anything not increasing clarity is waste.
RULE 04
Structure over randomness. Systems are the only thing that scales.
Built for
Seed-stage and early Series A B2B SaaS founders running a founder-led or hybrid sales motion. $500K–$3M ARR. 10–40 people. $25K–$100K ACV.
What the diagnostic covers
ICP Clarity — are you qualifying on evidence or memory?
Positioning — does your message match the buyer state?
Offer Logic — is your offer built on buyer signal?
Conversion Flow — where is the handoff breaking?
Strategic Signal — is your team running on gut or evidence?
What it refuses to do
Give you a generic score with no specific output
Describe the problem without naming the bottleneck
Speed up execution before the strategy is resolved
