Our services are intended for business use by founders and operators of B2B software companies. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your business.
All transactions are processed securely through LemonSqueezy, our payment provider. By completing a purchase, you also agree to LemonSqueezy's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Prices are displayed in USD. For subscription or retainer-based services (Tier 1), billing occurs monthly. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Upon successful payment, digital products are delivered to the email address you provided at checkout. Delivery is typically within 10 minutes of purchase via automated system. If you do not receive your report within 1 hour, contact [email protected].
Because our reports are personalized to your diagnostic session, they are generated specifically for you. This is why all sales are final except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

When you purchase a report or deliverable, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use that content for your own business purposes.
You agree not to submit false or misleading information during the diagnostic, attempt to reverse-engineer our scoring logic, resell or redistribute our reports or frameworks, use our services for any unlawful purpose, or impersonate Signal Resolution or its representatives.
Signal Resolution provides GTM intelligence systems, diagnostic frameworks, and advisory services. While we are committed to delivering rigorous analysis and a system built for real commercial outcomes, individual results depend on your implementation, market conditions, team capacity, and factors outside our control.
We build systems designed to produce results — not reports designed to describe problems. Our guarantee structures at Tier 1, 2, and 3 reflect that commitment: if the system does not perform to its benchmarks with your active participation, we extend the engagement until it does.
What we stand behind: the diagnostic will identify a named bottleneck or we will review your session manually at no cost. The Signal Correction Report will contain a specific, actionable correction tied to your result or we will rewrite it. Advisory engagements carry extension guarantees tied to defined system benchmarks — not vague outcomes.
What we do not guarantee: specific revenue figures, pipeline volume, customer acquisition numbers, or timelines to any particular business milestone. Any outcomes referenced in our marketing materials reflect what the system is designed to produce and what clients have experienced — they are not promises of identical results for every user.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Signal Resolution's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation, then through binding arbitration or the courts of Saint James Parish, Jamaica.
