We will issue a full refund if your report was not delivered within 24 hours of purchase, contained a material technical error, or you were charged more than once due to a payment processing error. We do not issue refunds if you changed your mind after receiving your report, disagreed with the diagnostic result or recommendations, experienced results different from examples in marketing materials, or provided inaccurate information during the diagnostic that affected your result.
